Returns & Exchanges

We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive and we really want you to be completely happy with your order. But if for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 7 days since you receiving.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order and decide you want an exchange, refund, or an account credit, contact Customer Support by E-mail ( first. Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment), then fillout the After-Service-Slip and enclose it with the returned item(s) in the parcel. Please use proper return addressuse that is provided on the After-Service-Slip or got from our Customer Support to ensure the valid return(s).

Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.

When the merchandise is returned, the gifts also must be returned together if there are some gift sent with.

Once your return package is ready, take it to your local post office, or other International Carriers like UPS store, or nearest UPS drop-off (call 1-800-742-5877 or visit to locate the one nearest you). If you are returning your merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for postage costs to ship the item(s) back to us. If you are exchanging it, the cost of return shipping is on us! Once your return is received and inspected by our colleagues (usually within 2-7 business days of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
